*These skirts have been reinforced with a rubber patch on the rand where there was a "start-stop" in the stitching. A "start-stop" creates a knot that can cause the thread to pop if the skirt is stretched to its maximum. We have repaired, inspected, and pre-stretched each skirt to ensure the rubber patch covers the "start-stop," preventing the stitch from popping. Otherwise, these skirts are new with tags.*
