When I contacted the seller, they very quickly responded to try to help. After realizing I needed a smaller attachment, they shipped the size I needed out right away so I didn’t have to send the entire gate back!The only downfall is it’s a little wobbly through the middle, but I assumed it would be for such a large space. The 10 month old at my house loves to stand up and shake it back and forth. So far it’s stayed put and held up to him!Perfect for keeping our puppy out of the kitchen. Nice feature - you can set it to stay open when needed.Bought this gate to keep my little one out of my closet. Works really well for the small door frame too. Have not had any issues with it and super easy to installMy spouse has dementia and it became necessary to put some gates up to keep her safe.
